- Abstract: Quatro espécies novas para a ciência de Polycirrus foram coletadas na Bacia de Campos, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, durante um levantamento coordenado pelo CENPES/PETROBRAS, no âmbito do projeto "Heterogeneidade Ambiental da Bacia de Campos". Estas espécies são P. nonatoi sp. nov., P.papillosussp. nov., P. breviuncinatussp. nov. e P.habitatssp. nov. Todas estas espécies são aqui descritas e comparadas com os congêneres mais semelhantes morfologicamente. Além disso, é fornecida uma chave para a identificação das espécies de Polycirrus originalmente descritas para a costa brasileira
