Histopathological examinations of biopsy specimen disclosed actinic cheilits, leukoplasia, eritroplasia, respectively. Microscopic features revealed oral mucosa composed of stratified pavimentous epithelia, hiperparakeratosis, hiperplasia with exocytose, liquefaction degeneration of basal cell layer, and presence of Civati´s corpuscles. Mononuclear inflammatory infiltrate was also present and the epithelial-connective tissue junction, presented hyalinization. These findings suggested Lichen Planus for both biopsies, and they were treated with topical corticosteroids and antifungals. The patient is clinically better and in fortnight proservation
