- Abstract: Neste século, temos presenciado o surgimento de sistemas como Twitter, Facebook e outras mídias sociais com milhões de usuários. Esses sistemas pós-massivos de comunicação disponibilizam diferentes meios para a conversação. Neste artigo são levantados os principais meios de conversação popularizados com a cibercultura, discute-se a evolução histórica desses meios, são levantados os critérios que os caracterizam e diferenciam, e é proposta uma taxonomia para a classificação dos meios de conversação mediada por computador.
