- Abstract: Introduction: Public policies to promote Women's Health and improve health indicators must include women's life cycles, sexuality and reproductive planning. To do so, it is necessary to know the particularities of the profile of the users of the health service. Objective: To analyze of aspects of female sexuality and reproductive planning of women treated in Primary Health Care (PHC) in Ribeirão Preto - SP. Methods: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study, carried out in the city of Ribeirão Preto - SP, in PHC. Women over 18 years old, treated at PHC, were interviewed using a direct questionnaire. Sociodemographic, obstetric, reproductive planning and sexuality variables were evaluated. Results: From january 2022 to february 2023, 391 women were included in the study. The women were on average 39.6 years old, the majority self-declared to be white (49.1%), heterosexual (91%), from the Southeast (75.1%), with more than 10 years of study (75.5%); they were married or in a stable relationship (44.0%) and had some religion (71.9%). The average per capita family income was R$1,480.0, mostly middle class (B2 to C2). After two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of women (71.8%) considered themselves to be in good or excellent health in the last 12 months, having time for themselves (74.6%) and having some leisure activity (75.9%); stating, however, that they do not perform physical exercises (64.2%). Regarding reproductive history, menarche was on average at 12.7 ± 1.6 years, sexarche at 17.3 ± 2.8 years and first birth at 21 years ± 4.8 years; the majority had already become pregnant (74.4%) and 54.5% of them had unplanned pregnancies. A third of women have had at least one abortion, with an average number of living children of 1.5. Approximately half of the interviewees indicated previous use of emergency contraception. All women reported knowledge of some contraceptive method, around 30% were aware of the subdermal implantand more than 40% of them were aware of intrauterine devices (IUD). More than 90% of women interviewed started contraception after consulting a health professional, 75% of them chose their method; 40.3% used long-acting contraception (LARC), 23.2% of which were copper IUD and 17.1% implants. The percentage of women who responded that they never used condoms was 59.3%, with 11.4% reporting consistent use; 24.7% have already had a sexually transmitted infection (STI). The majority of women (54.6%) reported having 2 to 11 sexual relationships per month, taking the initiative to start 2 to 6 out of every 10 relationships (53.3%). Although the majority reported having more than 2 sexual relations per month (80.8%) and having sex at least twice a month (66.2%), approximately a quarter of them were dissatisfied with their sexual frequency and 89% of them would like to have more sexual relations. The majority of women (64.4%) have had sexual intercourse without wanting to. Conclusion: This is a population with good socioeconomic status, with access to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) assistence. They started contraception after guidance from a health professional, with autonomy of choice and many are LARC users. However, the majority report having had sexual intercourse without wanting to, never using condoms and many have already been diagnosed with an STI
