- Abstract: 1.Introduction:Besides being an essential phase to obtain an excellent position of the teeth at the end of the treatment, the accuracy of brackets placement minimizes rebondings and reduces treatment time and additional material cost. The advancement of technology has brought new bracket bonding systems that facilitate the procedure and can lead to a more precise positioning of the fxed appliances. So, the present study aims to compare the quality of the position of the teeth after the leveling phase when brackets are bonded by three different methods. 2.Materials and Methods:Forty fve young patients aged between 12 and 25 years old will be selected. Scanned models and Computed Tomography will be obtained from all the patients. The sample will be randomly divided into 3 groups: G1-the brackets will be placed directly on the vestibular faces of the teeth; G2-the impression of the dental arches will be taken using silicone and type IV dental plaster will be poured. The brackets will be placed on the buccal faces of the plaster models teeth and they will be transferred to the patient teeth by a silicone putty transfer tray; G3-the dental arches will be scanned with an intraoral scanner, the ".stl" fle will be transferred to a platform to make the diagnostic model. The brackets will be positioned on and a copy of tray will be ordered to be printed. The trays will be transferred and bonded to the patient teeth. At the end of the leveling phase, the angulation of the roots of the teeth will be analyzed on the computed tomography and the dental alignment, marginal ridges will be scored by using the scanned model
