- Abstract: Resumo A gestão no trabalho vem sendo crescentemente marcada por estratégiasempresariais competitivas, de modo a aumentar o lucro, a produtividade ea captura da “alma” – a subjetividade do trabalhador. Cada vez mais agressivas,vêm tornando os ambientes de trabalho locais patológicos, com epidemiasde doenças do aparelho psíquico (depressão, Burnout, tentativas de suicídio,síndrome do pânico, dentre outras). Esses agravos ganham importância e convivemcom doenças convencionais, como as do aparelho musculoesquelético,os acidentes típicos, contaminações etc. A partir de um curso de difusão euma oficina nacional realizados com dirigentes sindicais, em 2014, o presenteartigo relata e discute aspectos que estão na origem da patologia organizacional.Com base na experiência do movimento de saúde do trabalhador dePiracicaba-SP, discute-se a importância de ações articuladas de pesquisa eintervenção, envolvendo os atores dos três polos: academia, representantesorganizados de trabalhadores e agentes públicos dos serviços de saúde do trabalhador.Essas ações conjuntas parecem ser indispensáveis para trazer luz aosdesafios e intervir nos determinantes organizacionais normalmente invisíveisaos agentes públicos
