- Abstract: Su campioni di seme bufalino e dilutti in tre differenti medium - Tris, Tes-Tris e Glicina - e congelati in azoto liquido, è stato valutato dopo scongelamento in acqua a 35'GRAUS'C per 25 secondi, l'effeto della caffeina citrato e dell'eparina sulla motilità. Entrambe le sostanze hanno aumentato anche se in maniera non significativa, la motilitá degli spermatozoi congelati nei differenti diluitori. Un maggior effetto della caffeina citrato e dell'eparina è stato ossevato nei campioni di seme con una bassa motilità post-scongelamento indifferentemente dai tre diluitori utilizzati. Fenomeni di agglutinazione delle teste degli spermatozoi si sono osservati dopo l'incubazione con glicina. Nei campioni diluiti con Tris e trattati con caffeina o eparina, si è registrato un maggior danno acrosomiale
