- Abstract: Os autores descrevem 2 meninos brasileiros, um deles filho de casal consangüíneo, apresentando atraso mental microtrigonocefalia, orelhas anômalas, apêndices preauriculares e fissura de palato. Os sinais clínicos apresentados pelos pacientes, excluindo o apêndice preauricular, são descritos na síndrome C. A possibilidade desta condição clínica tratar-se da síndrome C ou representar uma variante desta é discutida
