- Abstract: The objective of work is to bring together science and society, through scientific journalism. When we are better acquain~ed with science we are able to understand how simple and beautiful it is in essence, ~nd how it can be utilized for good 01' evil. In everything we can find the finger of scienbe. r Therefore science is extremely important to a11of usoThe press, the eyes and ears of society, is a natural forum for a legitimate and transparent debate. It is neither a secret nor something new to say that the divulging of scientific knowledge has always been a great problem for scientists andjournalists. Then the question: - Whose fault is it? To find the answer is already a great advance, but, is that enough? What is there to be done in order to advance? It is necessary to insta11 in the core of the university, where great part of the Brazilian science is generated, financed by public money, a culture of science divulging. "ScienceNet" is a pioneering experience in the Brazilian Internet. 11 is nothing new to remind that the youth is Internet's great public~ if they are able to percel.'e science as something worthy it has been: Worthy while!
